EuroProof RBL 424 water based cold applied rubber reinforced bitumen emulsion consisting of selected grades of bitumen dispersed in an aqueous phase of chemical additives, surfactants and stabilizers which provides a protective coating, waterproof, water/vapour barrier protection.
